Using the service
Use only photos and likenesses you have permission to use. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for your uploads and for how you share the generated video. Do not use the service to impersonate people deceptively or create unlawful content.
Video options and results
The service uses a fixed video template and one reference photo, with 720P output. The approximately 5-second option costs 100 credits. The planned 15-second option costs 300 credits and is not available until full delivery has been verified. The studio shows the options currently enabled for your account. AI results vary: other people may change, and motion, appearance, audio timing or lip sync may differ. No particular likeness or visual result is guaranteed.
One-time credit purchases
The credit packs are 100 credits for USD $9.90, 300 credits for USD $24.90 and 1000 credits for USD $79.00. Purchases are one-time payments, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits never expire. No free credits are included by default. Credits are issued only after trusted payment confirmation, not merely after returning from checkout. Purchases remain unavailable unless the checkout page explicitly enables them. The checkout page identifies Testing or Live mode; Live payments charge real money.
Charges and credit returns
A valid accepted task is charged once: 100 credits for the approximately 5-second option, or 300 for the complete 15-second option when enabled. Its two generated segments and final processing do not incur additional user credit charges. Invalid inputs and insufficient balance do not incur a generation charge. Confirmed generation failure or moderation rejection returns the full task charge. If merging or saving fails, successful clips are reused for recovery; if the complete video ultimately cannot be delivered, the full task charge is returned. An unknown provider status remains under review until delivery or a credit return can be determined. A successfully delivered video you dislike does not automatically qualify for a credit return.
Cash refunds and payment errors
Normal credit purchases are non-refundable in cash. Duplicate charges and other payment errors require manual verification and handling. A generation credit return is not a cash refund. If a payment is pending or credits have not arrived, do not pay again; keep your Stripe receipt and Checkout session reference for verification.
Private media and retention
You can access only the results belonging to your account. Uploaded photos, successful intermediate clips and final videos are retained in the initial release, as are fixed templates. This release has no automatic deletion schedule, default retention period, media management page or self-service deletion. Temporary access links can expire without deleting the files.
