Account and payment information
Bulin 47 AI Video uses Google sign-in to identify your account and associate your credits and video jobs with it. Stripe processes credit purchases. Payment references and credit transactions are kept to verify payments, prevent duplicate credits and resolve payment errors.
Photos and video processing
We process the photo you upload, the fixed source template, generated intermediate clips and the final video to provide the video replacement service. Photos and source clips are made available to the generation provider through temporary, restricted links. Media processing and storage use Cloudflare services; video generation uses Alibaba Cloud DashScope. Google and Stripe also process information needed for their respective services.
Private account access
Your uploaded photos, intermediate clips and final videos use private storage. Access to your results requires a signed-in account and an ownership check. The generation provider receives restricted links for processing. Do not share those links: anyone holding a valid processing link may use its limited access until it expires.
Retention in the initial release
Uploaded photos, successful intermediate clips and final videos are retained in the initial release. Fixed templates are also retained. There is no automatic expiry or deletion schedule, no default retention period, and no self-service media deletion or media management page in this release. An access link can expire while the underlying file remains stored; sign in again to obtain access after ownership is checked.
Before you upload
Only upload a photo you are entitled to use, with permission from the person shown where required. AI processing may change nearby people or introduce visual and audio differences. Review the result before sharing it. Service providers process information under their own applicable policies; this page does not promise a deletion schedule for their separate systems.
